The truth is I'm not Juliet Douglas. Who am I? Well, that's the real Secret.

Ok, this is where I'll post some of my poems I made, but I'll have you know I didn't make many. The first one was an English assignment that I don't think came out to bad, but that's all up to your opinion. I may type up more if I ever get to making more, but anyway, on to the first poem.
BTW, if anyone wants to leave any commentary on the poems I would greatly apreciate it.^_^ However, if you really didn't like it, please don't flame me because of it.

Why the veteran Laments
A shoebox filled with needles that prick and tear him open. Shattered glass deep in his veins so you don't see the pain so real to him.
A life of madness in the deep unknown, paying for the deeds he's sown.
Chains too heavy to break free, memories of a broken man never the same since the war ended.
He's a delicate butterfly to afraid of breaking to ever fly again. He'd like to say he's fine, but he cannot break these chains he's forged, thinking of a broken past.
And there's the poem. This was supposed to be in the perspective of an old man reflecting on fighting a war.

Thanks, but I don't think it's that good.... How does one go about doing that, anyway?

So, I've not posted in Years.. And I have a new poem!X3
Broken Puppet
Broken Shakles Broken dreams The puppet plays in his first scene
Swinging, dancing The crowd enhancing the delight of the show but they'd never know...
The puppeteer's whims shown through his doll's strings Inside the puppet is crying while he feels he's slowly dying.
These strings the maniquine wants to break He's taken all that he can take.
Broken shackles Broken dreams The puppet plays his final scene
